What is the dress code?
Black tie / Formal. The ceremony and reception are dressy—tuxedos, dark suits, long gowns, or cocktail dresses are appropriate. Estes Park evenings can be cool once the sun sets, so we recommend bringing a wrap, shawl, or light jacket. We’ll be dancing and celebrating inside later in the evening. No worries, as we will warm back up on the dance floor
When should I arrive?
Arrival time: 15-30 mins prior to the Ceremony start (4:00-4:15pm)
Ceremony start time: 4:30pm
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited space at the venue we will only be able to accommodate for guests whose names are written on the formal invitation.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know your dietary needs when you RSVP so we can try to accommodate you
What will the weather be like?
We are praying for sunshine! Expect warm daytime temperatures and noticeably cooler evenings in Estes Park in June—ideal for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains. Please bring layers (light shirts, a warm jacket or shawl) and comfortable shoes for outdoor terrain.
Can I take photos or post on social media?
We welcome photos and sharing on social media using our wedding hashtag [#YourWeddingHashtag]. Please observe our “no phones during the ceremony” policy — we ask guests to silence devices and refrain from taking photos until after the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present.
Mountain weddings are great- the view takes your breath away, and so does the altitude when you are dancing. We ask that you please stay well hydrated, pace yourself, and rest as needed so you can fully enjoy the celebration and the scenery.
